Penghapusan DataData Deletion

• Facebook: buka Pengaturan & Privasi → Pengaturan → Aplikasi dan Situs Web, pilih BalesOtomatis, lalu klik Hapus.
• Instagram: buka Pengaturan → Aplikasi dan situs web, pilih BalesOtomatis, lalu klik Hapus.
• WhatsApp Business Platform: putuskan nomor dari menu perangkat di dashboard BalesOtomatis, atau hapus akses aplikasi BalesOtomatis di Meta Business Suite (Pengaturan Bisnis → Integrasi).

Setelah akses dicabut, kami tidak lagi dapat menerima atau mengirim pesan atas nama akun tersebut.

• Facebook: go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select BalesOtomatis and click Remove.
• Instagram: go to Settings → Apps and websites, select BalesOtomatis and click Remove.
• WhatsApp Business Platform: disconnect the number from the devices menu in the BalesOtomatis dashboard, or remove the BalesOtomatis app in Meta Business Suite (Business Settings → Integrations).

Once access is revoked, we can no longer receive or send messages on behalf of that account.

Kirim email ke support@balesotomatis.co.id dengan subjek “Permintaan Penghapusan Data” dan sertakan:

• email akun BalesOtomatis Anda;
• nomor WhatsApp, akun Instagram, atau Halaman Facebook yang ingin dihapus datanya;
• kode konfirmasi penghapusan dari Meta (jika ada).

Untuk keamanan, kami memverifikasi bahwa permintaan berasal dari pemilik akun sebelum menghapus data.

Email support@balesotomatis.co.id with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• your BalesOtomatis account email;
• the WhatsApp number, Instagram account or Facebook Page concerned;
• the deletion confirmation code from Meta (if any).

For security, we verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting any data.

• riwayat percakapan, kontak, label, catatan, dan media untuk akun tersebut;
• data profil akun BalesOtomatis (jika Anda meminta penutupan akun).

Data yang wajib disimpan menurut hukum (misalnya catatan transaksi dan faktur) disimpan sesuai masa retensi yang diwajibkan, lalu dihapus.

• access tokens and connections to WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook accounts;
• conversation history, contacts, labels, notes and media for that account;
• your BalesOtomatis account profile (if you request account closure).

Records we are legally required to keep (such as transactions and invoices) are retained only for the mandatory period and then deleted.

Permintaan diproses paling lambat 30 hari setelah verifikasi, dan kami mengirim email konfirmasi setelah penghapusan selesai. Informasi lengkap ada di Kebijakan Privasi.
